Calendar Year 2023 Annual Report to the Legislature

The Natural Resources Board Annual Report is submitted in February of each year to the Governor and key legislative committees. The Annual Report includes statistics regarding Act 250 applications and processing times, appeals, fees received, and enforcement activity during the past year.
